Administration and Security

Organizations individually register all participants for web access and e-mail delivery for under 75 employees
No administration of individual employee information is required for 75 or more employees: one common username and password can be supplied for member web site access, with security set to allow simultaneous usage with the username account; and the organization may select its unique username and password
E-mail Newsletters will be sent to each registered individual for organizations under 75 employees
For organizations over 75 employees, e-mail is sent to one address designated by the organization, and the organization is licensed to redistribute E-Mail Newsletters to all covered employees, and is also licensed to archive e-mail on the organization’s server, provided that access is limited to covered employees.

Eligibility

Corporate pricing is only available to single organizations, or parent organizations and their affiliates.
Professional Associations or other groups of separate organizations may not combine for corporate pricing.
The employees to be covered under a corporate pricing for groups of 75 employees or more must be one or more entire office locations within an organization, or one or more entire departments within an organization. Groups of 75 employees or more do not have to cover all of their employees under corporate pricing, as long as they cover one or more entire office locations or departments.

Pricing is based upon the number of covered employees, according to the following table:
